Parking spaces for people with reduced mobility are reserved near the entrance of the theme park. Please ask a parking attendant by presenting your parking card for persons with disabilities on your arrival.
Guide dogs are permitted in the theme park. For safety reasons, however, they are not admitted on the attractions.
All of our toilets are adapted for use by people with reduced mobility. Please ask for more details at the information desk.
Safety is a top priority for Walibi Belgium. To this end, it is possible that - in case of an evacuation - good mobility is required.
Each attraction in the theme park is unique and involves specific access conditions. In all cases, people in wheelchairs must be able to leave their wheelchair to go on the attractions. Make sure you are accompanied by someone who can help you.
Our employees are not authorised or trained to provide physical assistance to disabled visitors. It is therefore the responsibility of the companion to provide physical assistance to the person with reduced mobility.
The Easy Pass is a free guide that will make a visit to our park as pleasant as possible.
The Easy Pass can be obtained upon presentation of the ID card of the disabled person and a fully completed and validated parking card for persons with reduced mobility or an EDC card.
To obtain an Easy Pass, at least one of the two persons present must be of age: either the disabled person or the accompanying person.
